Iranian Women Freedom Fund
A 22-year-old woman, Masha Amini, was killed by morality police in Iran. In mid-September 2022, a 22-year-old Iranian-Kurdish woman named Masha Amini was arrested by the morality police — because she was not wearing a hijab — while visiting Iran’s capital Tehran with her family, as reported by The New York Times. The morality police detailed Amini, and while in their custody, authorities confirmed that she died, attributing her sudden death to a heart attack. However, CT scans of Amini’s body proved that she experienced a brain hemorrhage; eyewitness accounts, as well as footage and images of Amini after she was arrested, have led many to speculate that Iran’s morality police physically beat her. At the same time, she was detained, causing her to die. We have created this fund to fight the “relentless battle against the Iranian regime’s misogyny” and advocate the right for women to choose what they wear — essentially protesting the hijab laws. The fund will support the committee’s efforts to help achieve equal rights for Iranian women. The fund will buy billboards, ads, and other large-scale visibility options in major cities. Uplifting the voices of the Iranian people through these mediums will bring national and international awareness to our communities regarding the worldwide protests on this human rights issue. In the United States, You may be able to claim a deduction on your federal taxes if you donated to this fund. Sahel Crisis Relief Fund

Sahel Crisis Relief Fund
The Sahel refers to Burkina Faso, northern Cameroon (Far North region), Chad, Mali, Niger, and north-east Nigeria (Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe States). Food insecurity and nutrition figures also include Mauritania and Senegal. The Sahel faces deeply rooted humanitarian challenges, with almost 29 million people urgently needing life-saving aid and protection support — that’s 5 million more people than last year. Security incidents, attacks, and kidnappings are a daily reality for millions of civilians and humanitarian workers in the field. Without sufficient resources for humanitarian response, the crisis risks further escalating, eroding communities’ resilience and putting even millions of children, women, and men at risk. Your donation will help us reach the most vulnerable with life-saving aid such as food, shelter, health, and protection services. Please help us provide them with the assistance they needConflict is the primary driver of increased needs; the region is a hotspot of climate change, and people struggle to access food—large-scale displacement further strains already fragile services, such as health care, education, and stressed natural resources. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100089984340451 This is Stefan, who is 7 years old and should be in first grade this fall. As a result of a car accident, Stefcho is completely immobilized from the chest down. Regardless of the difficulties he is going through, Stefcho is smiling in all the photos, making efforts and fighting daily for the opportunity to walk again. There is a chance for recovery and a chance for Stefcho to walk again, but it all depends on his family being able to provide him with daily, intensive, specialized rehabilitation, as well as prostheses and a stabilizing chair so he can go to school. At the moment it is clear that there are specialized clinics in Germany, Slovakia and Israel that have equipment and specialists suitable for Stefan's condition. The offer from Germany is for EUR 30,000 for one 6-week session. The child will need four such sessions annually to restore his spine. These are only part of the costs, as they do not include the transport and stay during Stefcho's rehabilitation abroad. Special leg prostheses worth BGN 1,300 have already been ordered to keep the joints straight and avoid contractures and complications. It is necessary to order two more types of prostheses with which he can be straightened in stages - they will cost over 30,000 BGN. The chair we mentioned is between 2,000 and 4,000 BGN. Some of the orthoses need to be replaced at 6 months as Stefcho grows every day. His family is unable to cover these financial needs and they need help to see their child walk again. Please, support this little hero!
